Fill out the below form and submit. A representative will contact you within 30 minutes to confirm your order and gather payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We can invoice for online tests if a credit card or PO is on file.

A FREE Total Testing account will only be set up once payment has been confirmed.
Total Testing will email the account login details and instructions on using your online account within 30 minutes.
Total Testing only charges for completed tests @ $20 per test. Incomplete tests are not charged
All charges are done at the end of the month. You will received a paid receipt by email for any charges
