About Our Tests:

The Microsoft Office tests are interactive (not multiple choice).  In order to answer each question, a candidate must perform a task and has the ability to use any method that they know in order to answer the question.   Other tests such as Clerical, Accounting, Behavioral, etc. are multiple choice, matching and true/false type questions.  Tests typically cover beginner, intermediate and advanced level questions all within one test.

Score Reports:

The score reports are automatically calculated and immediately emailed to the test administrator. The reports will provide detailed information on how your candidate performed on the test.  Included in this information:

  • Overall Score and Comparison Score

  • Scores on Each Skill Level:  Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced  

  • List of the questions and how the performed on each question - whether it was correct/incorrect, how long they spent on that question and if it was scored as a beginner, intermediate or advanced level question

We can have an online account set up within minutes so that you can start testing immediately.  No minimum purchases required to establish an online account

For smaller testing needs, we recommend setting up a Subscription account. This will be your own online account so that you can access the testing on an “as needed basis”.  You’ll have access to our complete library of tests including MS Office, Clerical, Accounting, Light Industrial and Attitude tests.  You can use the tests whenever you want during the month.  At the end of the month we will tally up your usage and charge for only the tests that were used ($25 per test).  

How does a Subscription Account work?  Simple – we’ll set up an online account within 10-30 minutes of receiving your order.  We’ll email the ADMIN login details along with instructions on how to set up tests for your candidates.  Whenever you are ready to test someone, simply login to your account with the ADMIN info, select the tests that you want to administer to the candidate & click on begin.  The candidate can sit down & immediately start testing over the internet….upon completion the system will automatically score the test and immediately email the results to you.  You can also set up a test session & email it to a candidate to take from a remote computer. That’s it – use any test – use it as much or as little as you need & whenever you want! 

For larger testing needs we offer blocks of online tests at a reduced rate or Licensed software - ask us for details.
