| Technical Requirements: |
- During your test session if you CAN NOT see the entire question at the bottom of the screen, you will need to adjust your screen resolution - see Online Support for help. Your screen resolution should be set to 1024x768
|
- Pop-up Window Blocking is turned off or disabled for the testing domain www.skillcheck.com

If you get to a gray or black screen and nothing seems to happen or if a question locks up, please visit Online Support. If testing within a company you will need the ability to download files from the internet. If testing from home, you will need to update the version of java on your machine (www.java.com).

If you are still experiencing any other difficulties with the online test session. Please run the following link and select the Active-x button: http://config.skillcheck.com/onlinetesting/browsersetup.html Try running your test again and download the Online Testing plug-in when prompted to do so. |
- If you lose your internet connection, you can log back in using the same eticket number.
