. Read the below requirements before proceeding

You are NOT permitted to use any outside assistance or reference materials while taking the test. Doing so is a serious violation and may result in disqualification.

Technical Requirements:
  • During your test session if you CAN NOT see the entire question at the bottom of the screen, you will need to adjust your screen resolution - see Online Support for help.  Your screen resolution should be set to 1024x768
  • Pop-up Window Blocking is turned off or disabled for the testing domain www.skillcheck.com
  • If you get to a gray or black screen and nothing seems to happen or if a question locks up, please visit Online Support.   If testing within a company you will need the ability to download files from the internet. If testing from home, you will need to update the version of java on your machine (www.java.com).  

  • If you are still experiencing any other difficulties with the online test session.  Please run the following link and select the Active-x button: http://config.skillcheck.com/onlinetesting/browsersetup.html  Try running your test again and download the Online Testing plug-in when prompted to do so.

  • If you lose your internet connection, you can log back in using the same eticket number.
