Not every company needs to test candidates on a daily basis. We understand that some companies need to test a few times a year and therefore don't need to invest in a large testing program.

The Value License allows your company to easily test candidates right in your own office. With just a few clicks of the button you can set up testing for your candidate. When they finish testing - everything is automatically scored for you and a detailed score report is printed right in your office.

The Value License comes prepackaged with over 100 different types of tests including MS Office, Clerical and Basic Skills, Accounting, Call Center and (optional) Behavioral Tests. You simply pick and choose the specific test(s) from the Test Center each time you would like to administer a test. All of our tests run from on centralized menu making it easy to use and maintain (other companies use two different programs, making it difficult to learn, use and maintain).

We program your license with the amount of meters that you have purchased. Each time that you administer a test, it automatically subtracts a meter. A meter equals using one test ( See FAQs )

How does the Value License work? The Value License comes prepackaged on a CD with over 100 different types of tests including MS Office, Clerical, Accounting and Call Center Test Packages. We then program the CD with the amount of meters that you have purchased. Each time that you administer a test, it automatically subtracts a meter. This gives you the ability to use any of our tests 20 (or more) times, which is perfect for smaller testing needs.

Example: Let's say you have a candidate in your office and want to test their MS Word and Typing Skills. You'll start up the testing program and select MS Word and a Typing test for this candidate. Once your candidate completes each test, the program will subtract a meter from your license. You would use two of your meters.

Is the software easy to use? Yes. The value license is designed to be installed by a computer novice. The installation comes with step-by-step instructions. To start testing, it's as easy as pointing and clicking. We also offer free technical support!

Are the tests validated? Yes, we use an outside professional company to validate our tests. Ask for our Validity Report.

Do I receive upgrades? Yes, as new tests come out we'll be glad to include those with your testing. Just let us know which tests and we'll send a new CD to update your license.*
