The Administrative & Clerical tests are multiple choice, matching and true/false type questions ranging from 15 to 30 questions per test.  Most tests cover beginner, intermediate and advanced levels all within each test.   The test allows test taker to skip questions and review the work at the end of the test.  Every test is being timed and the time taken on the test is provided on the score report. 

The CD version offers a PLUS package that allows you to customize most tests - giving the ability to pick and choose questions for each test.  Test that include an * are customizable.  The PLUS package also includes the Test-Maker Tool, which allows custom tests to be made.  Custom tests can include multiple choice, fill in the blank, matching and true/false.
